Do you need help with your website?

You don't have time for all this website stuff and we get it. You're busy running your business, doing what you're great at. So we've created support plans!

Why get a Web Support Plan?

Signing up to one of our support plans means you have access to one of our web specialists to help you with all of your website needs. Not only that, but we can also help you with optimising your images for the web, updating your website with new information or helping you with Google or social media accounts. Or you may just need some help with your email, your web application or need an SSL certificate installed. If it's anything to do with your website or your web products, we can help you.

What does the web support plan include?
  • Changes to website content and/or design.
  • Web systems support, including web applications.
  • Tech support, including email, domain and hosting management, and SSL certificates.
  • Content appraisals and content writing.
  • Creating blog pages.
  • Web systems training.
  • Help with social media accounts and advertising.
  • Help with Google analytics accounts and advertising.
  • Content Management System (CMS) upgrades/updates.
  • HTML tweaks (if you can't get your CMS to do what it should).
  • Graphic design (for your website or flyers, business cards, etc).
  • Website restorations in the event of a hack or security breach.

You will also become part of the Velvet Web community, where we will keep you up to date with any new information relevant to your website and web products, as well as give you ideas on how you can use your support hours to help your website perform better for your business.

What happens if I don't use my hours?
If not used, your hours will accumulate (up to a maximum of 12 hours). You may use your accumumlated hours for more in-depth website changes, such as re-design or refresh with new images and content.

Are larger plans available if I need them?
Larger plans are available. Price will vary depending on your individual business requirements. Please get in contact with us to chat about your needs. You may also purchase support blocks. See below for more information.

Web Support Blocks

Do you require additional help with your website, email or web products? No problem! Just use support blocks to buy our time and expertise. Support can be via phone, email or Zoom. And if you are within the Sydney metro or Blue Mountains area, you may request in-person support (call-out fees apply). Get in contact with us via our online form to let us know about your requirements/project and we will give you a time estimate.

Can I use Support blocks for scoping my work?
Yes you can. In fact some jobs can take hours to scope, depending on the size of the job, so it would be a requirement to purchase support blocks in this instance. We will let you know if this is required when you give us an overview of your requirements.

What kind of block do I need?

You may choose Standard Support blocks or Development blocks, depending on your needs. See below for the types of support each block covers or get in contact with us via our online form if you're unsure.
