TERMINOLOGY
Initial Consultation
Your first 15 minutes is complimentary to discuss your project. Any time after that will be billed at the Consultation rate.
Consultation
Any further time required over and above the free 15 minute consultation, as well as any further time required to discuss further design/development work, or any other work required by the Client.
Administration
Any work relating (but not limited) to administering the Client's domain, hosting, email, content management system, and/or any other management console connected to or embedded into the Client's website, social media account management, as well as other business-related enquiries such as help with Google, marketing, 3rd party software and websites.
Design
Front-end web design and graphic design.
Custom Development
Advanced front-end web design and back-end customisation.
Software Engineering
Custom web application development.
On-site surcharge
If the Client requires a Velvet Web representative to work onsite or visit their place of work to discuss their project in person, this is the minimum call out fee. Fee may vary, depending on location.
