PRE-APPROVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hosting and Support Plan Fees
The Client authorises Velvet Web to automatically deduct funds from the nominated credit card or bank account provided for the hosting and/or support plan chosen by or for the Client. To minimise service disruption due to payment issues as a result of insufficient funds or credit card expiration dates, the Client consents to our billing system re-attempting to obtain payment via the nominated credit card and/or bank account where necessary. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the credit card used is kept up to date at all times. The Client agrees that any fees charged as a result of insufficient funds will be paid by the Client.
Velvet Web reserves the right to change the pricing at their discretion. Existing Clients will be given at least 3 (three) months notice prior to any price change.
Hosting and Support Plan Termination
The Client understands that they may cancel their pre-approval subscription at any time. Monthly fees paid are non-refundable if the Client's service is terminated part way through a payment period. Likewise, any yearly fees paid are non-refundable if the Client terminates their service part way through a payment period. The Client may terminate their plan or pre-approved subscription service via the link contained in the "pre-approval activation notification" sent to the Client when signing up. . Alternatively if the Client wishes to terminate their account by contacting Velvet Web, they may do so via our website contact form or by calling the contact number listed on our website. Velvet Web requires 5 (five) business days' notice prior to the Client's next billing date to terminate a subscription.
If any service fees are not paid on or before their due date, Velvet Web reserves the right to immediately suspend the provision of services until the fees are paid up to date.

Custom Web Design and Development Fees
A 20% deposit on quotation price prior to commencement of work is required. Deposit is non-refundable once service has commenced. Progress payment of an additional 40% is required prior to the new site being uploaded to the Client’s hosting service. Final 40% is required once the site is live.
Should the content required from the Client in order for Velvet Web to complete the service fail to be forthcoming within 10 working days after commencement of the design build, a progress payment will be requested by Velvet Web. The amount is discretionary, depending on the job.
Should content required from the Client in order for Velvet Web to complete the job fail to be forthcoming within 20 working days, the final payment will be requested by Velvet Web.
Velvet Web prefers payment via Direct Deposit. Should the Client choose to pay via credit card a credit card surcharge will apply. The Client acknowledges that any fees associated with insufficent funds is payable by the Client.
If any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, Velvet Web reserves the right to suspend the service we are providing to you.
